VAF Industries is a woman-owned family business built around one idea: listen closely to the people doing the work, then engineer the hardware they actually need.
How it began
Direct access to line crews changed everything.
Our start as a subcontractor for a Southern California power company put us alongside crews and exposed recurring problems conventional hardware had not solved.
One of the first was constant replacement of corroded guy-wire anchors. VAF developed a solid stainless-steel anchor system with a circular base plate offering more bearing surface. That field solution became a utility standard—and the model for how we still work.
